1 x Hypnotherapy session at the Mooloolaba office for 1.5 hours with follow up email on details discussed.
1 x Personal one on one training session with Leigh at *Goodlife Gym at Maroochydore for 1 hour inclusive of personal training weights program.
Week 2
1 x Hypnotherapy session at the Mooloolaba office for 1.5 hours with hypnosis recording to keep you on track.
1 x Group fitness session with Leigh at *Goodlife Gym.
Week 3
1 × Coaching session to keep tracking and accountability with Tracie.
1 x Group fitness session with Leigh at *Goodlife Gym
Week 4
