Effects of Negative Self-Talk
How you speak to yourself is a very powerful mind process; effects of negative self-talk this internal dialogue of the words in your mind will greatly affect how you live your life and the effects of negative self-talk.
By only speaking to yourself in a negative fashion through your internal dialogue will ultimately resonate and affect you and your experiences with life. The result from your thinking and how you experience life will be a direct resonance of the words you tell yourself.
The most important words you will ever speak, are the words you say to yourself, about yourself when you are by yourself.
The mind is powerful instrument when geared towards either negative or positive thinking. Our thoughts are a direct resonance and originate from how we feel and from what we know and sense about our awareness. From our thoughts; our nervous system responds with our natural instinct to our emotions. It is continual receptive cycle with our thoughts as our mind will only respond with high emotions in either positive or negative thought forms. The nervous system will act as a relay to how the mind will respond creating a feedback loop of energy to thinking and feeling.Energy is then created from the continual feedback of thoughts and emotions and this energy would be either low or high levels. These energy levels then relate to the body’s energy field, the aura, which vibrates as electromagnetic energy. This energy is transmitted in the form of electro being thoughts and magnetic being emotions. Our thoughts do become energy and these energies have a vibration, frequency and resonance. Wherever your negative thoughts originate; whether they are result of a reflection of a negative experience, a bad memory or the result of conditioned pattern of self-sabotage; the result will be that of negative self talk. Every thought we have creates emotional and mental impact on the level of physical health.
The impact of negative self-talk will have an overall affect to our ongoing mood. The result and impact can cause your mind to have neuro chemical reactions with a release of hormones in the glandular systems. This will cause an increase of stress levels, it increases fear, anxieties and leads to tense muscles, body aches and pains. The release of adrenaline and cortisol levels from the hormones are increased; flooding through the nervous system and blood circulation as to cause a feedback loop from the negative thinking to body systems. The result altered by your state of mind geared towards negative thinking leads to a change in your cardiovascular health, digestion, weight management, along with changes in mood, interest and drive to enjoy life.
